Twin Electroblades are extremely useful and reliable weapons. Though useable by non-Force Sensitives in the world of Star Wars, they substitute here for Saberstaff stand-ins to allow you to perform all of the same abilities and actions as your glowstick wielding compatriots. It offers decent damage and an AoE spinning attack to strike nearby opponents.
For those who prefer it, you can also take Strong Style to change your accuracy stat to Perception and your damage stat to Might. You may deal slightly more damage than your AGI colleagues but most find the extreme drop in defense not worth it, unless pursuing crafts like Smithing that require greater Might.
