Katars are bladed fist-style weapons used in Martial Arts. Their weapon skills allow them to apply Shock and Poison statuses to enemies, making them very useful. Katars can be dual wielded without the one-handed Dual Wield Perk, making them even more effective and granting bonuses to damage deflection and enmity generation.
