Crafting skills let you make gear, structures, and materials. Many players level until materials become costly, then use RPXP for the rest. Gathering levels from nodes and searchable containers. The Leadership perk Dedication helps passively with crafting XP as well.
Core attributes do not affect crafting. Control, CP, and Craftsmanship come from skill ranks, perks, and crafting gear.
Many players only use the crafting actions Basic Touch, Master's Mend, and Waste Not for serious crafting; other actions are often skipped.
Ability to farm, fish, and cook.
Ability to create starships, modules, droids, and other electronic & mechanical items.
Ability to create base structures and furniture.
Ability to harvest raw materials and scavenge for supplies.
Ability to create weapons and armor like vibroblades, blasters, and helmets.
