No Points: You're average at best. You can levitate small objects pretty well, medium objects with a bit more focus, and do your standard Force Push / Pull / Saber Throw. You can't do a whole lot at once though unless you're seriously focused on just that, likely meditating. You have little fine control - you can maybe push buttons or flip switches on stationary, unattended targets, but not much more than that, and directing something's movement with consistent levitation takes concentration. Your maximum power is limited; moving anything larger or heavier than yourself is not something you can achieve quickly, and an unwilling being can likely shake off your influence without too much trouble if it's anything more than a simple push or pull. Anything securely mounted or held onto by an attentive person is difficult if not impossible to pull free.
1 Point: You're particularly skilled. Small objects are a breeze, and you're able to be a bit more precise with how you move and manipulate things. You can't achieve very fine manipulation like picking locks (unless maybe combined with another suitable mastery like Espionage or Slicing) but you're able to exert more control than normal. You can attempt to levitate bigger, heavier things than yourself and be relatively successful, and with concentration you might be able to pull something out of a person's hands, but a securely mounted object would still be difficult to yank free. Manipulating multiple objects at once is still a challenge, but you're able to do it with focus and concentration. This is where you can start trying things like Force Throw, Force Grip/Choke.
2 Points: You're an expert. You're able to levitate objects, large and small, very well, and can even handle multiple objects at once well enough that you're not at as much risk of dropping them all should a distraction occur. Your precision is good enough that you can attempt to complete decently complex tasks from a distance, though extreme fine manipulation (again, like picking locks) is still largely beyond you unless you are intimately familiar with the object or process (for example: assembling/dissassembling your own personal lightsaber). You can handle moving, holding, and throwing objects of significant bulk, and you're able to pretty reasonably pull items out of people's grasp and break secure mountings or fastenings. With concentration, you could probably try to lift or stall small vehicles like speederbikes. You can even begin to damage things with telekinesis outright if you concentrate, depending on how tough the target is. This is the rank where you can begin trying things like Force Whirlwind, or Force Wave (with a small-medium number of targets).
3 Points: You're a master of telekinetics. You can lift huge heavy objects reliably, tear things three of mountings easily, break apart your very surroundings, disarm average people reliably, and manipulate multiple object without hindering yourself much. Your precision is very fine and with concentration you can perform complex tasks like steering vehicles, typing, mechanics and repairs, or maneuvering an object through a complicated path. You're able to conceptualize your actions well enough to perform multiple actions at once. This is the rank where you can do things like Force Crush, Force Rend, Force Burst/Destruction, and Force Repulse.
3☆ (Mastery): A telekinetic savant. Your precision is extreme, and you can also lift, hurl, and manipulate massive objects, stop or stall moving vehicles as large as small starships (starfighters, light transports), and control things finely enough to even fight with them actively. You are no Starkiller or Darth Vader, but you are remarkable in your own right.
